Cook up a taste sensation with this easy chicken recipe…
- 3 chicken breast fillets, cubed
- 3 onions, cut into pieces
- 2 red peppers, cut into pieces
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- sea salt
- freshly ground pepper
Simply mix all your ingredients together in a large bowl, cover with cling film and place in the fridge for a minimum of two hours.
Then simply arrange alternate chicken and vegetable layers on metal skewers.
Place your skewers on your barbecue and cook for fifteen minutes, brushing with marinade oil if required.
Remember to check that your chicken is cooked through and there is no pink flesh before serving.
You can choose to serve these with baked potatoes (also cooked on the BBQ), a rice dish, a large mixed salad – or simply as they are… enjoy!
